CHARLES COUNTY FARM BUREAU The Roots of Maryland Agriculture are Grown Locally

Farm Bureau Updates

The Charles County Farm Bureau will be hosting their own informational meeting regarding the Charter Board on Tuesday, April 2nd at the Charles County Fairgrounds. The meeting will start promptly at 6:30 PM in Commercial Building A. District 3 Director and Charles County farmer Karl Shlagel stated “This meeting is an opportunity for us as Farm Bureau members, farmers, and landowners to make ourselves seen and give us a seat at the table. I hope you take this opportunity to listen and ask questions of the Charter Board. As citizens, it is our right and duty to be involved in the process.”

It’s a priority at Charles County Farm Bureau to give our next generation the tools they need to succeed, while improving the level of food awareness in our communities.
