Maryland Farm Bureau is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and mission-driven Executive Administrator to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping our operations smooth, members supported, and events on track. If you love building systems, supporting a team, and making a difference in Maryland agriculture, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities Include: Supporting the Executive Director and internal team Managing calendars, communications, and internal coordination Overseeing membership data and supporting fundraising efforts Planning and executing events, trainings, and advocacy programs Maintaining our member database and supporting member engagement
What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in administration, operations, or nonprofit work A knack for multitasking, prioritizing, and communicating clearly Comfort working with Microsoft Office and CRM/database platforms Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
